1. About Lucky Lounge

Lucky Lounge is a free-to-play social arcade game. All in-game coins are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be cashed out, exchanged, transferred, or redeemed for money, prizes, or items of value. Lucky Lounge does not offer real-money gambling and is not a gambling service within the meaning of EU Directive 2018/1808 or applicable national gambling laws.

2. Eligibility (18+)

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. We may request proof of age at any time and suspend accounts where we have a reasonable suspicion of a minor.

3. Your account

One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse, multi-accounting, or use bots / automated play.

4. Virtual coins

Virtual coins are a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Service. We may grant, deduct, or reset virtual coins for fairness, anti-abuse, or operational reasons. Virtual coins are not e-money under Directive 2009/110/EC.

5. Fair play and odds

Game outcomes are determined by a server-side random generator. Theoretical Return-to-Player and house margins are published on each game page and in the in-app help. Administrative controls may adjust payout scaling within published bounds; all changes are logged.

6. Prohibited use

  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or interfering with the Service.
  • Using the Service from a jurisdiction where social casino games are prohibited for minors or adults.
  • Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or referral programs.
  • Using the Service if you are subject to a self-exclusion or court order.

7. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time from Profile → Responsible play. Closure triggers a 30-day cooling-off period during which the account is locked. After 30 days your personal data is deleted or anonymised, except where retention is required by law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Lounge is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (e.g. fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence).

9. Consumer rights (EU)

EU consumers retain all mandatory statutory rights, including the right to lodge a complaint with their national consumer authority and to use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of habitual residence.
